Cynthia and her team are incredible! I’ve hired eGrowth several times over the past 6-7 years. They follow through every time. The owner Cynthia wrote the book (literally) on how to maintain good account health. She is diligent, smart, and cares deeply about her clients. I’ve hired them for a total of 5 authenticity and IP complaint appeals over the years, and we were successful in resolving each one. I also hired Cynthia to give me advice on Amazon’s bundle policy. The fee was steep ($500 for 1 hour), but I knew that I had to pay top dollar for top advice. We went about 15 minutes over for no additional charge. What made me want to write this review is about 2 weeks after the call, Amazon changed their bundle policy. Last summer I paid to get an ASIN reinstated. After the evaluation I decided not to go through with the appeal. Then, this month I had another one that was more important. I was allowed to credit the appeal part of the fee to this ASIN and pay just for the evaluation phase, which was great. They probably didn’t have to do that, but it was good customer service and certainly generated my good will.
